RULES OF CONDUCT 2016
1 CONDUCT:All individuals shall conduct themselves in an orderly manner. Physical violence or
abuse of any individual, official, participant, or spectator at the site of a MMRC event will
subject the offender to immediate disqualification, ejection from the event site, and possible
suspension of membership status and arrest. The Race director/club officials must report such incidents to the
MMRC Board of Directors within 72 hours of the events conclusion with any recommendation for disciplinary
action.
2 VERBAL ABUSE:Verbal abuse or threats directed at any individual, official, participant, or
spectator by anyone at the site of a MMRC event will subject the offender to immediate
disqualification, ejection from the event site and possible suspension of membership status. The Race
director/club officials must report such incidents to the MMRC Board of Directors within 72 hours of
the events conclusion with any recommendation for disciplinary action.
3 PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES: All participants entering the restricted area (pits) of a MMRC
event shall be sober and not under the influence of any substance that may impair their ability
to participate in a safe and orderly manner. It is the responsibility of the participant to withdraw from
competition if they are taking medication that may display side effects that would impair their ability to
safely compete. If, in the judgment of the officials in charge, an individual is under the influence of
alcohol or any controlled substance during a MMRC event, he or she may be ejected from the
restricted area and or MMRC event site immediately.
4 PIT CREWS: Drivers are responsible for the control and actions of their pit crew and family
members. Unacceptable actions of crew and family members may subject the driver to penalty or
disqualification from a MMRC event and possible suspension of membership privileges.
5 RESTRICTED AREA: All individuals entering the restricted area of a MMRC event must
sign and execute all insurance related documents as prescribed for that MMRC event. Failure
to due so will subject the individual to disqualification, immediate removal from the restricted
area and/or suspension of membership privileges.
